Meghann Koppele Duffy, PMA®-CPT, is a PMA Certified Teacher and received her qualification from The Kane School and IM=X Pilates. She is also a Certified Strength and Condition Specialist. Meghann received her undergraduate degree in exercise science from the University of Scranton and a Master’s degree in Applied Physiology from Columbia University. After completing her Master’s degree in 2006, Meghann opened her first Pilates studio in Hoboken, New Jersey, selling it 5 years later. She currently owns a studio in the Jersey Shore where she films for the online Neuro Studio (co-owned with Mariska Breland) and works with clients with Neurological Conditions as well as other musculoskeletal issues. Meghann teaches both The Neuro Studio’s 3-day Pilates for Neurological Conditions Course and Advanced Course nationwide and internationally. She also works with top hospitals to help them incorporate the Neuro Studio’s protocol into their standard treatment plans. Meghann is also the resident coordinator and teacher trainer at the acclaimed Kane School in NYC, in addition to overseeing the Neuro Studio’s mentorship program.
