Cristiane Domenici, PMA®-CPT, is Brazilian, from Sao Paulo. She studied dance in Brazil, and then in 1987 moved to Cannes in France to pursue dance studies at the Rosella Hightower Dance School. In 1991 she started working as a professional dancer at the Ballet National de Marseille Roland Petit where she was introduced to Monica Germani and the Pilates method. She received her qualification in London from Alan Herdman in 1997 and she opened the first Pilates studio in France in Cannes. Five years later she opened the first studio in the Principality of Monaco, Monte Carlo. She has had her studio in Cannes for 20 year. She is a GYROTONIC pre trainer and GYROKINESIS trainer. She is a member of the FPMP (Fédération des Professionnels de la Méthode Pilates), serving on the Teacher Training Course Commission. She is particularly interested in working with professional dancers, professional athletes end senior people. She is also very interested in various aspects of health, and for this reason she has on her staff as consultants, a nutritionist, an orthopedist, a cardiologist, an ostheopath, an oncologist and as well as her husband who is a psychiatrist and psychotherapist.
